我知道作为3方，他没有义务告诉我流量用超了怎么收费，我也知道流量用超了要收费，可是我已经尽力去查了，我看了视频（6park上看的），马上查没变，第二天查还是没变，当时我以为是3马上就要closing了（有收到短信说让我在31/08前转到vodaphone)，可能这一块服务停止了，但我还是没敢怎么看视频，第三天查扣了400，我看还有1G左右，才放心看我觉得流量用度差不多的视频，结果悲剧了。不交就bad credit，这感觉有点特地挖坑让我跳啊。

就想问一下有没有这方面有经验的人给一点建议，例如去哪里申诉（我在布里斯班），打电话就算了，接线员阿三也不听你解释，感觉他们也没有权利改账单。感觉这个也太不合理了吧，我完全不知情，也没有给个alert。而且这收费标准，也太贵了。
