我是2001年11月登陆加拿大，然后一直在新加坡读书。2002年三月申请返加证，返加证有效日期是2003年7月20。 但估计我可能要在8月20左右才可以去加拿大。现在说返加证已经取消，但是总听说只要2003年12月31前，移民纸都有效的，那么，我可不可以不用管，直接在8月份去加拿大？
另外，如果我需要申请枫叶卡，那么，我三月份去加拿大呆一个月可以申请上吗？好象还需要担保人，是这样的吗？
