NOTE: For applicants from P.R. China; we regret we cannot consider applicant
s for September 2004 admission unless they are able to provide their degree
certificates by the application deadline (January 15, 2004). This regulation
is in place because of Canadian Immigration requirements. Official proof of
conferral of degrees is required before a final letter of acceptance from t
he School of Graduate Studies can be mailed to the applicant. This letter is
required to obtain a student visa, therefore it is impossible for the appli
cant to receive a student visa for September 2004 admission. They may apply
for January 2005 admission.
