材料：南瓜500g,糯米粉500g，蛋一隻，黃油30g，面包糠，糖(可大量）

做法

南瓜蒸熟，大概蒸20分鐘

把蒸好的南瓜做成南瓜泥，把多余的水倒走

把南瓜泥加糯米粉，加糖，加黃油。（粉分多次下）

做成一小球，壓扁，沾蛋液，再沾面包糠，炸成金黃。

ps：能做超多個，我做了10幾個，還有很大個面團。

       我覺得可以按1：1做，每個大概30g。

       一隻蛋大概能做7個南瓜餅。

混合好的糯米粉是不是也可以先蒸一下再炸

不好意思啊！沒看到提示，回晚了。不用啊，直接去炸或煎就好。
