想当个电工学徒 是给华人当好还是给洋人当？

我英语也就一般般， 想找个华人师傅带的话也许学得会快些    以后想当在工厂里维修的电工  不想做装家里电灯什么的。  学徒是学东西的重要阶段   一直在纠结这个问题，  有朋友能给些好建议么
