我在申请liverpool语言课程时有一项是要求付定金：
COURSE DEPOSITT
secure your place on this course, you must send a deposit of ￡300.00. This must be a cheque drawn on a British Bank and be made payable to “The University of Liverpool”. For students who are being sponsored, a letter of financial support specifying English language tuition from an institution is acceptable. Deposits are non-refundable except for those applicants who have been refused an entry Visa. In this case the full deposit will be refunded.
