新护照 是新的护照号码，但是在新护照的第2页上 有写 新护照是就旧护照 换发的 （会注明了就护照的号码）
有效visa还是在旧护照上的。。。不会重新给你一个，让你贴到新护照上的。。。。
所以 比方 你来往澳洲的有效visa在旧护照上，直至有效期，你出入澳洲，必须携带旧护照+新护照。。。以便查看（虽然系统是可以查到你的有效visa，但是携带着肯定不会有错，办理护照的人就是这么说的）

我的情况和你一样。。。现在出入澳洲 都是携带2本护照。。。
