打工不小心弄坏了电梯门，老板要我填写了分TAX什么，影响我退税吗

我的薪水是16多，每次要缴纳2刀的税。有一次上班不小心把电梯门撞歪了（那机器太重），然后老板叫我赔款，说如果1000块钱以下什么的叫要我们陪什么的什么的一堆。

然后去书报摊拿了一份我觉得是退税的东西填，我也糊里糊涂交了。但我现在每个月打工，缴纳200刀的税，担心没得退。

我明年7月回国时候还能申请退税吗？

另外就是，他说他买了保险的，每次都是30多刀保险还是什么，难道我填那份东西是拿去找保险陪吗？

这个有点像，我只是好奇他的保险是装饰用的吗。。。。。

你说的对，我也觉得是这样，出国前我学的是法律。
但是实际情况，也是有口难辩，家家有本难念的经，英语也不好，也不过是份兼职，没让拿钱出来，也就算了，没到最后时刻，和他争也无谓啊。。
