星期天发的邮件到移民局技术移民部，今天得到了非常详细的回复，这封信清楚的不容我再有任何侥幸的心理了。现在的办法只能是往下读了，至于怎么读，怎么才能读少点，就要再想办法了。英文的信，但是因为真的很重要，请大家认真阅读。
Dear Ms Wang
From 1 September 2007, applicants for a General Skilled Migration (GSM)
visa wishing to meet the 2 year study rule will need to have completed a
program of study with a two (2) year academic workload (16 subjects or
equivalent). Two (2) academic years study means the equivalent of two (2)
years study enrolled at 100% or a full time load. It is a measure of the
amount of study you have completed rather than how long it took you to
complete the study.
Migration to Australia is dependent on an applicant’s ability to meet the
legal requirements set out in the Migration Act and Regulations that are
current when the visa application is lodged. These criteria are designed to
meet Australia’s national interest and needs, and in the case of the
General Skilled Migration (GSM) programme to ensure that successful
applicants have the appropriate skills required to assist them to settle
and find full-time skilled employment in Australia. The 2005 Evaluation of
the GSM Visa Categories found there was a need to make some adjustments to
the requirements applicants need to meet in order to achieve this objective
and the Minister announced in April 2007 that changes would be made. As
the purpose of the GSM visa categories is to select migrants most likely to
have good employment outcomes there will be many overseas students with
good English skills who have completed a 2 year program of study that will
benefit from the introduction of the changes on 1 September 2007.
There will be no 'exemption' granted to students who lodge an application
on or after 1 September 2007 when the new regulations are in effect if they
are unable to meet the new 2 year study requirement because they are
currently enrolled in a program of study that is less than 2 academic years
in length. （很清楚的写着，和ENROLL的时间无关，而是看你什么时候递交申请） A Student visa is a temporary visa and the purpose of this visa
is to give the holder the opportunity to undertake a program of study at an
Australian educational institution for the award of an Australian
qualification. While many overseas students make a decision to apply for
permanent residency in Australia when they complete their studies, there is
no guarantee that, because they have held a student visa they will also
meet the requirements for the grant of a permanent visa.
Overseas students concerned they may not be able to meet the new 2 year
study rule have the option of enrolling in another course for the award of
a degree, diploma or trade qualification. In addition, all Australian
qualifications being used to meet this rule must also be relevant to the
applicant's nominated occupation ie the knowledge and skills acquired
through the programs of study will be utilised.（如果继续读，也请大家注意相关性的问题，继续读的课程是否能在提名专业的工作中利用到）

这是移民局技术移民部的回信，我想应该没有任何一个中介或者律师能比这个更权威，更能说明问题了。我的学校更惨，GRIFFITH根本就没有两年的会计专业，我现在也在想办法，大家有咨询了律师，或者有别的办法提议的，请回帖讨论。
