布里斯本房价还好吧？不算高吧？悉尼墨尔本比我们这里贵多啦。国内也比这里贵多了。。。

城市规划不一样，远期来看，是有发展前途，但是增长缓慢，你靠地产投资赚钱的话，布里斯班还不如悉尼墨尔本或者国内。

但是利润不高相对风险也不高。看你自己想要什么样的生活了呗

近来看到runcorn购物中心的一套房，房主2005年42万买的，现在居然卖到60万，有钱人真多啊。。。。。。
