家私全包，房间有四门入墙大衣柜，一张梳妆台，一张双人床和书桌一张。
洗手间与洗澡间只与另外一位房客共同使用。
房间可看到Sunnybank麦当劳，走路可到Market Square 5分钟，到Sunnybank Plaza 2分钟。走路5分钟到大公车站，去QUT, Griffith, UQ, City非常方便。
寻找不吸烟不酗酒，安静爱干净的朋友。短租也可以。
11月19日可以入住，马上可搬进来的朋友优先考虑。
