由于11月底考完试要回国，房间准备租出去。
地址：No.10 Warren Street, St. Lucia.
时间11月26日左右至2月23日左右，由于学校处于放假期间，价钱目前定位130一周，同时也适合就读summer course的同学。
徒步10分钟到UQ，5分钟到去city的412和去toowong village的402巴士站，10分钟到ferry船站，5分钟到Nandos和几间印度餐馆，还有小型超市，大型超市在Hawken，离这里大约步行15分钟，也可以选择412巴士，十分方便。房间朝东，由于阳台有顶棚在外挡住，夏天一点也不晒和不热，跟两位UQ女生共同时用一个卫生间，网络是无限流量的TPG。
