我的问题是：
1， 我本科学士，在国内读的 + 澳洲硕士2年。 是不是该是15分？
2， 如果要加15分是不是需要找Vetassess把中国学历认证一下？（我2011年6月做的，有Vetassess Chinese Quanlification Verification）
3， 这样的话，还需要什么材料么？
我感觉是这样，但是一直有点模棱两可，谁来确认一下？谢谢！
