小房间$120, 大房间$160,小房间也有双人床房间也很大哦!
走10分钟到Pineland plaza, coles, 公车 130， 140 （20分钟到UQ, City, 2 个车站就到Sunnybank plaza). 走路5分钟到华人超市（大仓）neighbour是个公园。真的很方便和安静. 交房时候房间会经过专业清洁公司清洁请打电话给我,(白天,不要在晚上) 也不要在这里留言. 电话0434286310
