Bookkeeper – Part Time
The Role
Reporting directly to the Financial Manager your duties will include but will not be restricted to –
1. Carrying out data entry duties
2. Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
3. Payment and Credit Control
4. Managing petty cash and expense claims
5. Month end Reconciliations and Reporting
6. Month end financial reporting and BAS reporting
7. Assisting EOFY reporting and accounts clean-ups
8. Assisting with any adhoc duties as required.

The Person
Ideally you will have:
1. Solid 3+ years' experience working as a Book keeperwithin a small to medium size organisation.
2. Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required
3. A strong knowledge of MYOB and Microsoft Office. Able to Create a new company file in MYOB.
4. Accurate and fast data entry skills are also required.
5. Must be able to work independently and also as part of a team
6. Excellent communication skills and Good phone manner
7. Strong attention to detail and Strong problem solving ability
The successful candidate will have experience working with a group and also have the ability to work autonomously. You should also be a team player who can integrate easily with a young dynamic company.
This position is available for immediate start, with our hours of business being 9:30AM-6:30PM.
