更新PR CARD的疑问

各位好
       我的PR CARD 快到期了（2010年5月1日到期) ，我找了个移民公司帮我办理更新PR CARD的事情，我听公司说是2010年2月中旬给我提交的，但是直到现在，我到CIC网站上查询，显示的结果是：

压根没有我的信息，我不知道是不是材料递交上去后，还要等很长时间才能在CIC网站上查到我的进度信息？现在我已经等了两个多月了还是查不到！是不是移民公司在做鬼，压根就没有交上我的材料？（这家公司现在还欠我3000加元，交涉了多次也不退！）
