Full-time Showroom AssistantAbout the business and the role:We are provider and installer of ShowerScreens, Basins, Bathtub and etc. Due to ongoing growth, our Showroom basedin Belmore now provide an opportunity for a Showroom Assistant with great salescapabilities.If you are a quick learner, enjoy dailychallenges, job variety, love liaising with people and have a welcomingattitude, then our company is for you.Your duties will include butare not limited to:· Managing customer walk-ins, and incoming phoneand email enquiries· Deliverexcellence in customer service to actively promote sales of products andservices· Developproduct knowledge to provide information and advice to clients· Liaiseand work closely with our suppliers, manufacturers, builders to providesolutions to client needs· Confirmingdetails on orders are correct with the customer such as delivery address, sitecontact, products and quantities.· Scheduleappointments and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks which include data entry,filing and taking payments as required.· Cleanand stock the showroomThe successful applicant will possess:· Goodwritten and verbal communication skills and a confident phone manner· Goodinterpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with both internaland external contacts· Superborganisational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks
