Walk to Uni for female international student A large room is now available in a very tidy four-bedroom house, run by a native English speaker, with more than ten years experience hosting international students. The room is fully furnished, including; a double bed with sheets, quilt and pillows, wardrobe, desk and table lamps, bookcases, coffee table, fan, heater, LCD Flat screen TV and more. Shared facilities include; a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, laundry and a relaxing tropical back garden.
The house is in the heart of the city, 3 minutes walk from the Central Market/Chinatown and Coles supermarket. You can walk to Uni or catch the free bus service, which stops just around the corner from the house.
$200 per week rent, which includes all electricity, gas and water costs.
Also included unlimited internet on a high-speed (ADSL2+) Wi-Fi connection. To share with an Australian male, 2 Chinese females，and one cute burmese cat. While the room is large, it is available for a single student only, as there is only 1 toilet/bathroom in the house.
