绝好Unit在Marden整租，走路6-7分钟到Klemzig interchange， 可乘 obahn 上所有车C1 C2 M44 G10 G20 502 528 541等等，7分钟到city, 走路3分钟到payneham rd 13站可乘坐174 178 176 300路， 10-15分钟到city。适合学生及上班一族。走路三分钟到Marden Shopping Center， 里边有woolworths，眼镜店，肉店菜店， 面包房，邮局，华人超市，干洗店， 理发店，卖酒的配眼镜的按摩的等等。附近肯德基以及各种饭店都是走路3分钟就到，goodlife健身房和jetts也是5分钟走路到。还有payneham 图书馆和游泳馆更是就在后院， 2 分钟过马路就是。 2室一厅，一厨一卫一洗衣房，两间卧室内都有build-in wardrobe，厨房和客厅有空调，gas cooking and hot water system, 水费包在租金里，每周￥250，两个车位，一个是带遮阳棚的，门口路边更是随便停。邻居友好安静，不招带宠物的。打电话或者发短信预约看房。12月中旬可以入住。电话0430 828 801
