刚刚建好的房子，一共三间房。家具还没有买，但是洗衣机电冰箱都有了。网络还没有搞，下周有空处理以下很快的。屋子外面的东西还在搞。。。

单人租自带家具130/week, share bill，需要帮你搞定家具的140/week, share bill （可以放下一张双人床，一个书桌一个椅子，衣橱有了的）

Couple 170/week,share bill,需要帮你搞定家具的180/week, share bill

接受COUPLE，但是不可以养宠物，不接受短租两个星期这种事情。。。3个月起最短。。抽烟的无所谓，但是如果在室内抽发现直接走人（会有基本租方合同，条款会写明的）
