急求：本人名下的车结果被朋友开的搞了多次罚单，现在被disqualify

情况是这样的：朋友当初不能开车，所以他买车后就过户在了我的名下。结果最近的连续收到超速罚单，一共五次，其中两次是本人自己的车，三次是朋友的车，直到今天不幸的收到了disqualification，说要从12月24号开始吊销三个月。


由于我每天要在很远的地方上班，所以不开车实在不行啊!!!!!!
我是台湾人，我的驾照是国际驾照。不知道有没有可能，跟相关机构说明一下这些罚单不全是我自己犯的，看能不能通融一下，以交罚款或者什么的代替disqualify，，，，


或者有什么其他的办法，总之能让我开车就行。谢谢各位了！！

你的罚单信封里面应该会有两张表格，第二张表格就是向警察局说明违章的时候开车的不是你的。你自己好好看看。或者直接去警察局说明情况，让你朋友跟着你去说当时是他在开车。但记住千万不要说谎，说谎你就完蛋了。
