恳求大家帮忙寻找一对周六下午在woolworth购物的夫妇 万分感谢！事情是这样的：

周六下午我在Woolworth门口停车场正常低速行驶找停车位，但是在我车的右侧有一辆车failed to give way就直接把车倒出来了，结果我的右侧车门被撞的很严重，不但打不开了，而且右侧车身还有很长的一道划痕。肇事司机态度倒是很好，留下了各种信息，但是据了解他的车并没有保险，而且他一直坚持not entirely his fault。所以我很担心他不会赔偿我修车的钱，这样的话只能告他去法庭了。

我记得当时有一对中国夫妇正在往后备箱里放买好的食物，他们恰好就在我的车后方，从他们的视角应该很清楚的看得到事情的经过。想恳请如果您看到了这个帖子，麻烦您联系下我，我需要您的帮忙。如果真的是最坏的结果到了法庭，希望您能愿意为我当个证人，请您帮我这个忙，真的非常感谢！

先去警局备案，拿到reference no
再联系自己的保险公司，问问怎么处理，给他们这个人的信息和你的reference no什么的
然后就不用管啦

如果你有保险，哪怕是第三险，只要不是你的错，保险公司也应该负责的。
