主要考虑因素：去city和上高速交通便利，有地方停车（路边也算），独立卫浴或和1-2个人share卫浴，最好有空调（否则怕夏天变干尸额）。我不会乱用电的！比较想和房东/一家人住，因为这样比较干净而且稳定适合长租。

打算四月初左右入住，价格方面最好水电煤网都包括（$150/周 上下都可细谈），这样算起来比较容易。
找到好房客和好房东都不容易，希望大家可以互相包容，有任何生活上的摩擦好好沟通都能解决。
