我并没有和他签定租房合同，离他口头约定的租期还有4，5周左右。但是他的这种行为已经严重影响到我的休息和精神。请问这种情况最快多长时间可以让他搬出去？

房屋仲裁委员会规定可以给他2周通知，让他搬走，否则可以叫警察的，你给他写个通知notice就行，他可以不承 ...
