求助。。两个问题

咳咳。。。
第二个问题就是。。我之前有在用one X但是用的时间才半年不到吧，屏幕就打不开了，而且绝对没有摔过，这是什么状况0 0.。。。

有真带他签名版的很久很久以前，似乎非常贵
