186大城市或187类偏远地区雇主担保技术移民签证，职业评估也是要求的，但187是可以豁免职业评估来申请雇主担保技术移民绿卡的。  我建议她先做会计457工作签证到澳洲，打2年税后再考虑申请绿卡吧，或是如果他有配偶，考虑一下她配偶的条件是否更加容易申请澳洲移民吧。

从您说的情况看你的朋友目前是：25（年龄分）+15（学历分）+15（工作经验分）=55分
由于会计认证是必须要雅思A类4个7才能做下来职业认证的，所以10分是雅思成绩的分数，一共应该是65分。
当然这个前提是必须雅思考出4个7后才能拿到的分数。
目前65分的会计，移民之路是没有问题的。
