从2个月起就开始自己入睡了，每天晚上7点半洗澡，吃饱，然后扔小床，我一天的任务就结束了，自己在小床上发发呆就睡着了，夜里1点左右醒一次吃奶，吃完扔回小床自己继续睡。。睡到早上7-8点醒了练嗓子。
3个月后夜里开始推迟到1点半到2点半之间吃奶了。。
最近开始游泳，有时候晚上6点多就睡了，这是游泳累了的情况，然后夜里2点左右吃奶，早上7点醒。

有时候不游泳，作息推迟了，晚上9点才睡觉，2点吃夜奶，早上醒。
明天就满4个月了。
什么时候可以断掉夜奶呢？

白天上午10点，下午1点，5点是必须要睡觉的，不睡就闹了，但是坏习惯是。
白天睡觉要叼着奶头。。。习惯了大概。。。
而且必须得我陪着睡，不然10分钟就醒，我陪着睡的话2,3个小时没有问题。。。
怎么可以让他白天也自己睡觉啊。。。这样才能解脱啊。。。
现在开始咿呀咿呀的话可udo了，嗓门又大，一有不爽就要大喊大叫了。。。。跟杀猪似的。。。
BABY生长曲线表，身高和体重都跑到曲线外面去了。。。怎么办。。
产后什么补品都没有吃过。。。有时候一个月吃2次钙片。。。
