房子在南边 Edwardstown  家附近是castle plaza shopping center（coles 医院 target等）

公交车10分钟到Marion shopping center 开车大概只需5分钟吧

交通便利  可乘坐公交车 w90, 241, 719, 720, 721, 火车到city

房间一大一小小房$100 全包大房$115 全包全家具房间采光好木地板厕浴分隔前后大庭院

ADSL2+ 250g adam internet 每个月都用不完。。。白天几乎没人用

房子不是很新但住起来舒服环境安静同住的房客都好相处不管工作上学都是朝九晚五作息规律不会昼伏夜出  事儿也不多平时开车去购物去city chinatown什么的方便也能捎带上吃饭也可以一起租房嘛价格是一回事但和什么人住住的开不开心也很重要

我们没别的什么要求就是租客走了急找人顶单人couple都可接受 couple再加15块水电钱（现在水费贵啊=。=）长租短租都行当然最好长租3个月起
