房子出master room (avaiable after 19/10) 或者 single room  (available now) 只租一间，有兴趣的couple 或者 single 都欢迎看房。

房子是全新双层townhouse, 带前后院以及大阳台。虽然是在外漂泊的留学生，但是还是希望回家有个家的感觉，因此选房的地址和家具都比较考究。家里是楼上楼下中央冷暖空调，各个卧室房间可以独立开关，互不影响。当初因为自己想住的舒服，所以开始家里布置也比较讲究，沙发，液晶大彩电，冰箱，洗碗机，洗衣机，烘干机，烤箱以及微波炉等等所有你能想到的家电家具一应俱全，且是大多都是全新购买！！！由于原先室友工作变动原因才不得不离开。

楼上出租的双人间使用面积较大并且有独立卫生间，浴室里有立体试衣镜，重点是queen size的床垫和床架都是很好的，绝对保证睡眠质量。另外房间全新地毯，书桌，书柜，电脑桌和整一面墙壁的超大挂衣柜，适合女生放各种衣服鞋子，不够的东西楼下还有专门的储物柜。PS：由于原来的房客正在准备搬家中，比较凌乱，所以这里没有上传房间整体照片，如果还比较感兴趣希望自己来看，就算照片怎么好都不如亲身感觉

双人间隔壁的是俩个单人间，单人间房间设计合理，通风，通阳，且有简易推拉窗帘，double size 的床垫和床架，房间全新地毯，床头柜，小沙发，书桌，书柜，电脑桌，以及整一面墙壁的超大挂衣柜，适合衣服，鞋子多的人，不够的话，也可以放楼下一直没有人用的储物柜。 PS：小房子没有上照片，欢迎有缘人大驾光临，房间设计以及家私保证让您满意..


现居住的室友都是UNISA的学生，为人随和性格开朗，不爱计较小东小西。另外从不在家搞PARTY，不养宠物，不酗酒，不在室内抽烟，很少做饭，爱干净整洁，定期请人做家庭卫生，非常安静，晚上和早上不会发生影响休息的事情，更不会在做饭时间上有撞车事件。

现在手机都是好几百万像素，又只能传3MB的容量照片，但是家里确实较大，各种摆设比较多，所以照片照的不全面也上传的很专业，希望有意者预约看房，实体本身要比看照片好多啦。
