如表格所示，对应年龄请大家看清楚自己是全职（full time），兼职part-time）还是casual。相对的就可以查清出自己所应得的薪水。至于一些以提成为主的工做，如工作在具体地点，商场，店铺内是要有基本工资＋提成 （这样的工作华人常从事的有按摩，美甲等）且基本工资以表格对照。全部工资节假日应提到双倍以及三倍。
法定试工也是需要给钱的，时间也不应该很长。另外提醒大家如果自己工作的时间已经达到全职(full time）或者兼职(part time)的标准，雇主是需要帮你缴纳一些保险，作为员工你也会得到一些带薪假期。

这个没用，不光是中国人这样的，我朋友澳洲国籍，23完成TAFE的CERIII证书，在老外店里做FULL TIME的BAKEY学徒，一年了，开始2个月PLACEMENT是没钱，然后11刀开始，到现在也就是14.35刀，白天晚上都一样，周末没DOUBLE，只是有年假，一周38小时，也就500多刀，向老板提过上面的政府规定工资，人家老外笑着说，你以为有几个用过学徒的SMALL BUSINESS的老板会按这样给钱？没几个人会真投诉的，这边鬼佬调查解决问题的效率大家都懂的！所以天下乌鸦一般黑，老外也没多守法，特别是小生意的，家庭生意的也很黑的，只有找个大雇主，大公司基本才可能按正规的来！
