交通与休闲购物：

步行2分钟Uni SA Mawson Lakes Campus.

步行5分钟 Mawson Lakes shopping centre (Woolworths, chemist, medical centre, café, bakery, news agency, subway, restaurants, etc.)，mawson lakes的人工湖，可以钓鱼，散步。图书馆。

步行5分钟到 Mawson Lakes interchange train stop (高峰期早上7到9点每5分钟一趟火车，下午4-6点从city是每5分钟一趟火车回家，其他15分钟一趟。乘坐火车到15分钟City Casino)

汽车站，下楼就是，不过我没做过汽车汽车去city，我开车去city差不多大概得25分钟左右

其他的，步行有1，2分钟，银行（wespac,commonwealth,ANZ）, 租碟的，各种小吃店，5分钟步行，还有physio,健身中心，开车就更方便了，2分钟可以去加油站，hungry jack McDonalds，10分钟亚洲超市(2各方向各一个)

公寓设施： Ground floor：健身房，游泳池，Spa （不对外，只有residents 有key，很干净，游泳池很大）, 每个单元1个停车位遥控门安全室内车场. 扫描门卡进入正门，扫描门卡lift access. Stairs. Fire alarm. Rubbish bin, recycle bin.

1楼2楼是各个单元。我们家位于2楼。

此公寓， 08年初竣工，各个实施都很完善，很干净，因为我们要交物业费，定期会有人清理楼道公共区域，还有健身房游泳池的PH值。

公寓全楼，不允许吸烟，不允许宠物。sorry.

房屋介绍：
                3个房间，2个卧室很大with build-in-robes，1个房间稍小一些, size也很大。
               卫生间很大，里面包括浴室，洗衣机, 白色壁柜，大大的镜子。很modern.

大客厅合并用餐位置，敞开式厨房，所有设施都是欧式很新，白色壁柜，空调在客厅。

客厅落地3扇玻璃拉门，通向阳台，可以BBQ，晒衣服

               厨房配有洗碗机，烤箱，冰箱，电火做饭设备,

买房子后，我们配了另一个安全锁，房子建设时配有安全报警装置，在你出远门时可以set up

房屋有安装好的foxtel接口, 电视接收器的插口，电话插口，如果开心，可以自己联系交钱接通。我们用无限上网，速度也非常快，信号很好。

房客要求：想找中国留学生或者一个家庭，爱干净，守信用，可以整套租下来，而且要合同至少签1年。如果之后继续续签，大家合作愉快，价格可以在第2年好商量。（如果你想少于1年的话，就不要考虑我们这个房子了，因为毕竟找个好房客是个头疼的事情，不想太麻烦。我们在布里斯班也奔波不了那么多事情。）

房租： 360澳币per week. 包水

部分家具免费使用（洗碗机，烤箱，空调，冰箱，洗衣机，一个double size床和很棒的床垫，椅子）每2周internet banking转账。6周bond。 3月初可以入住，确切时间可以谈，因为现在的房客在住了1年合同到期了，他们搬走后并做所有清洁的时间现在定下来，大概是3月7日之后。

合约问题：我和老公是房东，直接跟房客签政府正规合同，bond会抵押到政府部门，一切走正规手续。合同具体细节，看好房子在详谈。

如果看完房子了， 你也确定要的话， 我看看 最近如果找不到合适的人， 可以再考虑4月中旬合同开始。

关键问题是， 我家房客的合同3月份结束， 所以如果租给你4月的话， 那我就得空房子一个月留着给你， 比较麻烦。
