刚take了一个Unit，在Ashford，2楼，砖结构，通风，阳光充足，邻居友好安静。因为刚Take下来，所以最近在忙着买家具，家具质量有保证，冰箱洗衣机都是节能型的，环保健康。网络500G，随便你用，留个50G给我就行了。

Unit共2个房间, 现有一个单人房出租，房间不是很大，但足够一个人使用。提供一张单人床、一个built-in衣柜（很大，可放很多衣服）、一张书桌、一个床头柜、一盏台灯（或床头灯）、一个书架、一个脏衣篓和一个垃圾桶。
单人房租金是$105/week+bills，全包价格另议。
如果嫌单人房小，可跟我换大房间（租金当然就得多一点了）。

欢迎学生或技术移民人事入住，需要安静、整洁、友善、不抽烟、无宠物，别太斤斤计较，相处融洽是最重要的。如果你愿意，可以和我们一起做饭吃。

长租优先；长租1年者房租优惠。4周bond，退房给4周notice.
