Couple room for rent in a quiet unit.
very near city. it is in bus stop 2A![]() . bues you can take are 167, 168. or 241 to stop 3.
the address is 28 Chatham Rd, Keswick SA5035
This unit is 2 bedrooms unit in first floor. so you can see beautiful views and get warm sunshine in your room.
the internet is fast ADSL2 + for big 180 GB evry month.
LCD TV, Sofa ... are in the loung room.
2 tables, Queen bed, 2 chairs. 2 wordrobe, TV, laungery basket, CD shelf, book shelf are in your own room.
if you have a car, you can park in the care park.
The rent fees is $ 160 for two people share bills (at least 3 month contract).
If possible, move in immediately available and I hope people can comfortably stay longer .
