有朋友可能觉得这个价格贵了点，请看下面的对比： Tower apartment里的单人间和市区里的单人间条件相比虽然不是最好，但是已经算是比较好的了。并且地理位置非常方便。市区其他地方的单人间也有在160左右的的，但是通常是位于市区的边缘，走路到市中心比较远或需要坐车（99c和free tram还不一定到）。而Tower apartment的楼下就是free tram，阿大和南澳大学的同学走到教室10分钟。 目前基本上好一点的suburb里面条件好一点的单人间的价格为140,150+share bill。当然不包括目前一部分房间短租的价格在120左右的，但是等7月底时房间价格就会涨回来。这里的好一点的suburb是指离city10站以内的治安比较好的的区（等车+坐车）。条件好一点的单人间是指家具齐全 屋子新，整个屋子里住人不超过4人。 1。学生红票14.9刀/张可用10次，黑票7.9刀/张可用10次。 每周周一到周五去city上课或上班，每天2次一周五天，那么一周的车票钱平均15刀或以上（周末可能去学校或者city购物） 2。share bill： 水电煤气网每周的share bill平均每周15刀，多的每周25刀。找房子的同学应该心里都有数。 3。算下来住在条件好一点的郊区和住在Tower apartment的价格差不了多少。 但住在city不用等车。冬天不用等到冻死,夏天不用等到热疯掉了。夏天等车还好，冬天天黑的较早又冷，回去较不安全。 并且想去学校随时就可以去，学校有活动也方便参加。图书馆近在咫尺方便学习。特别是在期末的时候几乎天天要去学校做作业。

Towerapartment单人间出租，185刀全包，非中介，直接签合同的价格，当面看合同。

交通极其便利，10分钟到教室，出门就是rundle mall和免费tram。tram坐两站到唐人街。坐一站到火车站。

楼下各个方向的bus站全部都有，全部1分钟到车站

所有费用全包，水电煤气网。

房间内包括单人床（传统木质床架，不是那种铁架子床） 组合柜，书桌，椅子，内建立地式衣柜。小沙发凳，风扇。

整个unit一个是一个单人房和一个双人房。一共住4人。1个单人房和另外一人合用1个独立的卫生间，另外1个双人房有自己的卫生间。

中央空调，洗衣机。厨房各种电器器具齐全，拎包入住。

在阿德好房子多的去了，我就知道唐人街旁边的房子整租才500多点，在附近的区take整个house也不过如此，要远点的300多就可以take一个了。我现在租的房子才120刀，房东人也很好。希望你不要太黑了，当个二房东就想自己一分钱不掏，让别人养着，简直跟寄生虫有什么区别。我刚来的时候就是遇见了一个象你一样的人，所以看到你的帖子，我就想多说两句。与人为善，别以为我们学生的钱好挣。无语了，希望想去那里住的朋友好自为之。
