购物方便：附近有coles，步行10分钟即到；去Marion Shopping Centre（南澳最大）步行约25分钟，坐公交车245和241可直达，约8分钟可到达。

设备齐全：卧室有床和床垫（都是新买的），书桌，衣柜等。公用家具齐全，并且大多都是新买的（冰箱，洗衣机，数字电视40多频道，空调，电暖炉，吊扇，沙发，各种柜子和桌椅，院内有一整套烧烤工具和桌椅，厨房内也什么都有），带着自己的行李就可入住，什么都不用买。房子是新装修的，特别新、干净，跟宾馆一样的感觉。

停车位：两个。
