你来晚了一步，我本来就想要个一家三口的，小孩7，8岁的可以和我儿子玩，只是已经有人要住了。他们的孩子有点儿大，虽然不是很合适，只是我已经答应人家了，太可惜了。

我有一间大约18平米的房，但不确定能不能在4月13日空出，WEST RICHMOND区，楼主可查地图离CITY不远，三个人住160刀每周，冷暖空调，全套家具，高速宽带120GB每月，全包，GRANNY FLAT。但要签3个月合同，楼主如果感兴趣，到时联系。
