打国内每分钟才1.9仙，打到香港最便宜了是 0.5 仙，用了三个多月了到现在还剩4刀多（我每周至少跟家里通一次），我想可能会比VOIP电话还合算吧？

    Voip对网速要求不是很高，但是网络断线的话，电话也自然就断了。音质主要取决于VOIP供应商的质量，打澳洲境内都没什么问题，国际长途有些公司质量不成，跟繁忙程度也有关系。

带VOIP的路尤器随便买的，不用签合同。如果你需要人家免费送给你的话，可能需要签合同。除了路由器，也可以用VOIP的ATA（转接器）加普通路由器。

VOIP电话没有地域限制，全世界范围内只要有网络的地方就可以用（有些国家在法律或者技术上限制VOIP的除外），不存在转移费用。你甚至可以在阿德莱德拥有一个02开头的电话，也可以在中国拥有一个澳洲的电话号码。
