房屋有以下特点:
1: 在公车站第4站, 公车为j1, j2, 162. 大家都知道这几辆公车连公车表都不用看.几分钟一趟的.
2: 公车站就在对面, 走路不过30秒.
3: 对面就是Pizza Hut. 而且常常有发优惠卷, 每个才不到5元.
4: 购物中心有两个.一个在公车站5站. 一个走路不到10分钟就到.
5: 此房为二室一厅, 在离City的房中,是佼佼者咯. 包家具. 有停车库.
6:: 非常靠近City,但房租不到City的一半.如果你愿意走路的话,不到30分钟就可以走到Adelaide High School. 在那里赶免费公车. 租金为270/week.

随时看房. 三月11号左右可以入住, 时间可以商量.
