南区近flinders大学，300米，走路3-5分钟。30分钟左右到city，主卧房间，全部家具，大床，build in衣柜，书桌，全部家具，另还有电视，卫星天线，可收到20多中国频道。中央空调，80G无线宽带。水电气宽带全包单人$130.要求最短租期到明年2月，安静，干净。
