1. 房屋配置：4间卧室，1间客厅，1个饭厅，1个洗澡间，2个厕所，1个大车库
2. 交    通：非常方便，130-139的车除了134都到，平时从来不看时间表，无论上下学，等2到7分钟都会来车，第八站（7站也可以，稍微远点，但是我喜欢7站下，晒晒太阳多走走），家距离车站很近，走路两分钟，但是背对主路，所以一点也不吵。Henley Beach Rd上~~
3. 房子新装修，很多部分家具电器都是新的，厨房用具都是新的
4. 周边大型综合超市（foodland)，亚洲超市都有，想买什么有什么，吃饭也很方便，从家走路3分钟就有个肯德基之类几家的快餐厅
5. 这房子特别适合读语言的同学，下车直接到语言中心楼下，房子里同住的都是在读语言的，房东是个local，每周都有很多机会和他对话练口语，他还会纠正你说的错误的地方，同时你也可以把你的作文之类的给他看，让他帮忙改。。。
6. 房子里同住的人目前两女一男，我们都是很好沟通的那种，不斤斤计较~

房租价格：125+share bills（房子刚谈妥，bill一个月多少我们也不清楚。。。所以include的话，收多了对你也不好，收少了我们也麻烦，请谅解）如果想要空调，房东说可以安，但是要每周多$10

现在就可以入住啦~

对房客的要求
1. 安静，不影响别人学习
2. 不抽烟，不酗酒，无不良嗜好
3. 尊重室友隐私
4. 爱护家具，保持房屋整洁
5，男女均可：）男生更好~~省的她们两个老欺负我= =

特别注意！！！
我们都不斤斤计较，其实刚来一个多月，租过比自己大很多人当房东的房子，也住过homestay，无论哪种，总有些不舒服的感觉，所以几个好朋友聚在一起，租了这么个房子，但是一间房间空出了，所以想找个人一起~分担房租的同时，一起享受家的感觉
房子里面都是新装修的，所以房东收我们的房租比较高，我们不是为了赚钱而出租，只是为了自己能住下来，能和容易沟通相处的好室友一起住，每天少很多烦心事

有书桌的，你仔细看那个图~~房东说房间可以安空调的~就是每周多收10块钱，另外，客厅里有个公用的空调~~
