现在有没有正在住HOMESTAY或者曾经住过HOMESTAY的~能介绍一下么？
要求~房东是LOCAL~没有小孩不养宠物~房子有空调和网络。
最好有过做HOMESTAY的经验和良好口碑~

你好，你还在找homestay 吗？我现在住的这家很不错，网络是150G，有空调。夫妇两人，都喜欢帮助人，先生是音乐教师，人很nice，喜欢电影，女主人是护士，菲律宾老移民，喜欢做饭，基本做亚洲食物，每周两次鱼，绝不会让学生觉得吃不惯或者饿肚子。即使他们出门晚餐，也会准备丰盛的晚饭给学生。他们有很强的责任心，绝对可以信任，当然他们喜欢学生能像家人一样融入他们的生活，我们周末出去玩了几次，很开心。
他们做homestay有些年了，因为自己的孩子长大各自成家。他们收每周210元。
本人近期要搬出去，因为老公要过来澳洲，我们需要找更合适的地方住。但是我们和这对夫妇会一直保持联系。
