用法律保护自己，试工不给钱是违法的！

在这个我想说，所有的中国人，不管什么人啦，还有做生意的，试工不给工资在澳洲是违法的！

2008年澳洲的National MinimumWage是$14.31,这个工资我想在中国餐馆是无法达到的，你给他打工时都没有拿你TFN，就不多说了~大家自己愿意拿那么多钱就行，就是给各参考

看报纸说, 澳洲白领被裁, 去报名做送报纸的......还有溜狗, 原来拿高薪, 一下子降到蓝领规格.

我每次看到有人這么說，我就很生氣。這不是市場決定的，是你自己，所有像你這么想的人，以及自己做著廉價勞工不維權／不懂得維權的人所決定的。是因為你自己決定了要忍氣吞聲被人欺負，所以市場只不過是順應你的決定，並且利用你的軟弱。

政府有很多維權的機構，希望大家爲了維護自己的權利，也爲了不讓更多的留學生變成廉價勞工，如果你被不公平的對待了就應該反抗。

如果人人都抵制唐人街的低工资不去给那些贱老板打工的话, 广大留学生打工者都能拿到澳洲政府最低工资标准$13.9/H了
