位于goodwood附近的clarence park,自己take的2室1厅的unit，小卧室115全包或者90+share bills。大房间130全包或者110＋share bills，不包吃！
适合学生，prefer爱干净女生，男生要是合得来，爱干净，会弹吉他也可，couple对不起，不能租给你们。本人一上海男生，住客厅。
近city,开车去chinatown10分钟，附近有轨道交通，步行2分钟可到Goodwood Rd上的Bus第8站，周边生活设施非常方便，Cross Rd上有BIG W/Woolworths,位于clarence park中心,有兴趣的联系 OPTUS 0450130450或者QQ 65280832
是楼下的这个unit，房子干净整洁，卧室以及客厅均为地毯。
现在准备开通水电煤气和网，预计4月上旬全部ready，我会买好家具和电器，谢谢支持！
