Sky Solar Energy is a leading solar specialist located in Rocklea. We have been operating for over 9 years and continuing to expand our dynamic team into other states. We are currently looking for a Marketing administration officer to help assist our growing team.

Marketing Admin officer

This Marketing Admin Officer position is the first of its kind within our brands & offers immense opportunity for personal & professional growth. Reporting directly to company stakeholders with the creative freedom to put your own spin on the company's brand. Job tasks and responsibilities

Ø  Design, develop & monitor results of monthly newsletters.

Ø  Design modern, professional & sales-focused brochures.

Ø  Design & maintain company letterheads & footersin-line with current promotions

Ø  Manage social media - Including content & sales-focused replies.

Ø  Website management & development with external parties.

Ø  Answering customer's phone call if sales team busy.

Ø  Helping the operation manager if needed.

Ø  Assist in customer complaint handling and follow up.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Ø  Previous experience in Marketing & Design either freelance or employment

Ø  Extensive knowledge of Adobe CS/CC (Photoshop / InDesign/ Illustrator etc.)

Ø  Ability to work independently & produce work from start to finish from the initial brief.

Ø  Be nimble & knowledgeable about computers/technologyetc. (Tech Savvy)

Ø  Experienced in proofreading & writing effective copy.

Ø  Ability to self-manage workflow & tight deadlines.

Ø  Extremely organized.

Ø  Strong attention to detail/perfectionist.

Ø  Bright / Cheery & Fun.

Ø  Excited to bring new ideas & lean a new industry.

Ø  Ability to drive for work.
