招聘行政助理(Administrative Assistant)

The property development company, Kinstone Developments, is seeking an Administrative Assistant.

About the business:

Kinstone Developments is a property development company in Brisbane focused on delivering high-quality real estate products to our clients. The business has been operating for over a decade and has a solid reputation in the industry. We are involved in projects from the subdivision, hotel, townhouses, apartments to commercial developments.

About the role:

This position is a casual role of at least 15 hours per week that needs to support our directors and the team in administrative and clerical duties.

Skills, Duties and Experiences:

· A recognised bachelor degree

· Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian permanent residency when you apply.

· Australian full driving licence preferred

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English

Ability to liaise with both internal and external parties through formal email and phone call
Ability to arrange and schedule the meeting and record the meeting minutes in both English and Mandarin Chinese

· Proficiency within MS Office applications, notably in Excel, Word and Outlook

· Enjoy working with people and have excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team and independently

· Ability to coordinate and organise the company events and activities; be able to manage time effectively and organise priorities to meet deadlines

· Highly organised and able to work meticulously

· Administrative experience preferred

工作內容：協助主管及各部門完成日常行政工作

職位要求：

1. 熟悉了解MS Office

2. 持有PR, 澳洲駕照

3. 具有良好的中英文溝通寫作及協調組織能力

4. 工作時長每週至少15 hrs，時薪：$23.66/h + supper

5. 工作認真細心負責，態度良好

6. 表現好者可轉為Part-time or full-time
