What this role requires:

HRT Acupuncture and Massage Centreiscurrently looking for an enthusiastic receptionist who has (preferably) hadprior experience in admin or customer service. The successful applicantwillneed to be:

·       Fluent in English, Mandarin, （能說廣東話最好）

·       Proficient in typing English and Chinese

·       A proactive and supportive team player

·       Possess strong communication, and customer service skills

·       Strong time management skills and an ability to multi-task

·       Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing businessneeds

.        會使用中國大陸的拼音輸入法

.        對中醫中藥有興趣，并且願意學習，工作態度認真負責。

Key duties included

·       Meeting and greeting patients in a kind and caring manner

·       Appointment bookings which includes cancelling andrescheduling appointments

·       Managing all incoming calls and voicemail

·       Invoicing and billing patients and processing payments

·       Database management and manual filing
