Duties include:

Front office reception (answering phone and emails)

Taking payments and managing accounts

Managing website and promotions

Ordering and sourcing products

Ideal candidate:

Very fluent English

Must have strong customer service skills.

Be engaging, attentive and willing to exceed expectations.

High energy and willing to take initiative.

Experience in marketing and hotel management is a plus.
