不得不住的理由：1.非常helpful的德国夫妇（已在澳洲居住40年），时常可跟房东车去超市买东西，房东太太                               煮菜技术一级棒。
                            2.来自世界各地的室友，欧洲，中东韩国，日本，南美等，练习英语了解各国文化的好机                                   会啊！
                            3.家具设备齐全，每间房都有电视，一楼客厅有超大screen可看电影，免费饮品提供，房东                                时常会share好吃的甜品甚至为每人准备生日蛋糕。
                            4.亲近大自然，阳台可以喂鹦鹉，possum。
                            5.房子非常干净，只需要负责自己房间卫生 房东每个星期都会清理public area.
                            6.可与房东和其他室友一同吃饭，也可自己使用一楼单独的厨房做饭，厨房用具齐全。
                            7. 他家在homestay网站上可是top 1哦。
                            8.每年的Christmas 和 Easter都会有大餐和好玩的游戏哦。
