油墩子

然后是做油墩子的馅子--白萝卜丝+韭菜，，我用盐先把白萝卜丝的水分逼出来了。

开油锅，先在模子地上涂一层热油，然后一层面糊，然后把菜放进去，然后再一层面糊盖住，然后连着模子一起下锅炸。

成品。。我比较喜欢涂着酱吃
