FINM7401课本和资料 $80 (期末考试题量大很多。计算很多。但是概念还是需要理解记忆。考试题目很有水平，很灵活。这门课期中考试之后的内容需要彻底理解+练习课件和TUTE题目)

LAWS7023 BUSINESS AND CORPORATE LAW 一本商法课本+复习资料 2本公司法书+资料 total $180 因为本科学过一遍，所以有完整笔记可以出售。研究生学法律的时候，就像是知识点的回顾，印象深刻很多。也便于理解。

(这学期期中考试考3个case ILAC（总共45分）。题目中没有明确给出legal issue的范围。基本是问原告可以通过什么手段对抗被告。。。所以具体的issue要自己结合case去总结出来。我觉得这是一个难点，因为一个案例 我个人觉得可以用很多不同的商法去分析。我写的还算快，写完了。这门课需要总结。就是把以前的试题，自己把答案归类总结。tutorial questions也是需要把答案自己总结出来。考试的时候不要慌，可能已开始看题目觉得迷茫，仔细分析一下，就是学过的那些法律条例。期末考试 1.5小时 3道大题。需要理解公司法内容。考试有难度。但只要平时认真做作业和上课，一般没问题。拿高分难) -- 有自己整理的完整笔记。
